Reclamation
In case you bought a clohting item in one of our retail stores, and you want to exchange it or you have a complaint, it is necessarily to bring the fiscal bill with yourself.
If you want to change the clothing item for something else, you can do that in three days from your shopping. In exchange you can get the same item (or the similar one- other size or color),or you can also get another clothing item of the same price.
In case you want to exchange your clothing item for the thing that is more expensive, it is necessarily to add the difference in prices.
Also, in accordance with Customer Protection Law, you have a right to complaint, if you haven't caused the defect on the clothing item that you bought. You can make your complaint in the same store where you bought the clothing item, in presence of a person who is authorized to come to a decision on a complaint.
